The Company
Imagination Television has an international reputation for producing world-class television. For the last 10 years the company has been producing hundreds of hours of top quality network programming that has hit the screens in the UK, Europe and Asia.
Factual, reality, animation, entertainment, documentaries and TVC’s are all produced 'in house' at Imagination Television. With offices in New Zealand and Australia, the current slate includes productions for Australian, New Zealand, UK and Asian broadcasters.
Imagination Television is co-owned and managed by Bettina Hollings (Managing Director) and Darryl McEwen (Creative Director).
Company Directors Bio's
Bettina Hollings
Prior to establishing Imagination Television, Bettina carried out some long hours for New Zealand’s two major television networks – TVNZ and CanWest’s TV3 & TV4. For twelve years she spent her time in senior programming positions before making her way into the role of Programme Director for TV3. In 1999, Bettina left TV3 to develop what has become a credible international TV company.

Darryl McEwen
Darryl spent seven years making his way as the Australasian Managing Director for Touchdown Television, and the former Head of Production and Head of Sport at TV3 Network New Zealand. Darryl’s worldwide experience has had him selling television formats in 20 countries, and executive producing for ABC US and BBC UK. To his credit as Creative Director for Imagination TV, he has played a huge part in developing the success of the company.
