Imagination produces and facilitates a wide range of reality, factual and documentary television series for the local and international markets. We have produced hundreds of hours of top quality network television that is shown in the UK, Europe, Asia and America. We have produced MasterChef, NZ’s Got Talent, Grand Designs NZ, Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty and many, many more.
Imagination TV’s facilitation arm has initiated and managed productions in New Zealand (and in Fiji through Imagination TV Fiji Ltd) for production companies, network and format brokers from all around the globe, including the BBC, ABC, CBS, Channels 7, 9 and 10 and Shine Endemol – to name just a few.
Recently Imagination facilitated Ex on the Beach – Peak of Love, which saw us provide and manage more than 150 crew (from the Art team through to Camera and sound) for the three month production in Queenstown New Zealand.
Imagination can facilitate at any location throughout New Zealand and the Pacific and can provide everything from full crew (or part crew), office and technical support and any media requirements. We have more than 20 years experience in television through all the genres.
In Fiji, Imagination has facilitated for a multitude of global partners with its latest venture TVNZ’s Heartbreak Island.
Imagination location recced with ‘US Survivor’ on their first scout trip into Fiji (where they’ve now filmed several consecutive seasons) and have completed full production facilitation and crewing in tandem with the likes of Channel 9 Australia making ‘The Last Resort’ at Pacific Harbour, ‘The Big Adventure’ (at Mana Island for Channel 7 Australia) and ‘Beauty and the Geek’ for Shine on the Coral Coast, on the big Island of Viti Levu. All of these jobs include major construction, tech set up (including control rooms) and full infrastructure for the production teams.
